Soulmask has launched its open beta demo. Available for players living in the Americas, Asian, and European countries, the demo is free to download and will only be playable for a limited period. In this version, individuals can level their character up to level 30, ride an Alpaca or Jaguar, and skirmish with the Flint Tribe and Claw Tribe. The sets Beast Hide, Bronze, and Linen as well as the Pyramid Guardian Saber-toothed Predator are also available.
In addition, the modes “Online Game” and “Solo/Friends” will have official PVE servers for users to play on. The open-beta is also a step up from the demo released during Steam Next Fest, introducing French, German, and Portuguese language options, gameplay and AI optimizations, controller support, an in-game tutorial, and many more new content.
Newcomers and players who participated in the previous demo are encouraged to play the open beta, as they will receive the exclusive Mask Skin - New Chieftain item for free once the game is in Early Access. On top of playing the open beta, they will also have to enter their Steam ID on the provided survey link or go to the in-game announcement page—after which they select “Claim your limited-edition Mask appearance” and input their Steam ID.
After the Early Access is released, players can obtain the New Chieftain skin by unlocking the Mask Decor Table at level 15. After crafting and placing the Mask Decor Table, go to “Mask Decoration” and scroll to “Special Mask” to find the exclusive skin.
